Wear your Halloween costumes and bring your goodie bags for a Trick-or-Treat stroll! The downtown Stroll Halloween Festival will include fall festival-style games at various locations across historic downtown San Angelo!

The Downtown Strong events showcase some of the best art, food, and fun that Downtown San Angelo has to offer. Stroll guests will receive a free ride on the Concho Valley Transit District Trolley! The route begins at 5:30pm at the San Angelo Musuem of Fine Arts located on, 1 Love Street.
