Murph Challenge

Murph Challenge
May 29 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Murph Challenge is more than just a workout. It is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy (SEAL), a man who sacrificed everything he had for our freedom. Join us this year as we continue to help keep his legacy alive here at Goodfellow through The Murph Challenge.
We will come together at the Fitness Center PT Pad and work through the challenge together. The Murph Challenge consists of a 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and a 1-mile run, with or without a 20 lb. weighted vest/backpack or body armor. Go at your own pace and modifications are available if needed. If participants choose to wear a weighted vest/backpack or body armor, then they must bring their own.
