Please allow up to 2 business days for coordination from an Event Center Staff member. Events are booked on a first come, first serve & priority basis. Therefore, submitting a booking request does not guarantee the event will be reserved. All guests are required to set-up and tear-down their respective event(s). The Event Center offers tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment. White linens may be provided at a rate of $5.00 each and must be ordered and coordinated one week prior to the event. If a bartender is requested outside of open hours, a $200 minimum purchase must be met. All catering items are required to be provided by the guests, to include plates, napkins, silverware, buffet kits, and tablecloths not ordered through the Event Center.
